Please read before booking an appointment.

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. For emergencies, please call or text ASAP.

Failure to show up without notice or arrive 10 minutes late will result in you being charged 50% of the price of your booked service with the card on file. If you exceed the 10-minute grace period, a $50 late charge fee will be applied to your total treatment price.

If you have two or more rescheduled appointments, you will be asked to pay for the service in full before rebooking. *Please note that this will be non-refundable if it is rescheduled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products or services, with no exceptions. We request that only those receiving services be present in the treatment room to uphold the safest environment possible.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows, refusal to abide by salon policies, or inappropriate behavior will result in service being refused.

Beautyville reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
